Savka Marenić is an architect and artist who connects architecture and spatial thinking through performative site-specific installations, education, speculative narratives, and shared experiences in public space. She holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture in Prague and the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica, Montenegro. She is currently a doctoral student at the Department of Fine Arts at UMPRUM in Prague, where she explores fiction as a performative method, a practice of care, and a form of spatial critique. Through imagination, storytelling, and embodied participatory experience, her research examines how fiction can open new ways of understanding space and the relationships that shape it, while also challenging dominant modes of its use, representation, and governance.

Her interventions, whether in architecture, public space, or gallery contexts, often involve textile art, storytelling, performative gestures, acoustic ecology, and participatory approaches that foster collective engagement, shared experience, and co-creation within a space. She has collaborated with artistic, cultural, and educational institutions, collectives, and galleries in Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, and New York.
